Cancellation Fee: In the event that a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment or requests a cancellation without rescheduling within 3 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of up to $75 will be applicable, depending on the time blocked.

Notice of Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, it is essential to provide us with timely notice. You must cancel your appointment no later than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid incurring the cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment but wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 3 hours before the appointment time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and find an alternative appointment time that suits both parties.

Fee Collection: The cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the credit card or payment method provided at the time of booking. By confirming your appointment, you authorize us to charge the cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation or failure to show up without timely notice.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as emergencies or severe weather conditions, which may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if the cancellation fee can be waived.

Refunds: The cancellation fee is non-refundable and will not be credited towards future services. It is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment, which cannot be reallocated to other clients on short notice.
